Consent to the processing of personal data

What data is processed

• name, email, phone, messengers and other contact details;
• citizenship, country of residence, destination country, purpose of travel or relocation;
• questionnaire and request data, visa history, income, employment, family, timelines and budget;
• uploaded documents, files, comments, and history of requests and AI-assistant conversations;
• account area, plan, payment and request-status data, and technical data about the site.

Purposes of processing

• receiving and processing requests, case assessment and matching with specialists;
• creating the account area, and maintaining the User's case, tracker, documents and statuses;
• providing access to the service, materials, AI assistant, forms and plans;
• performing the public offer, processing payments, support and service notifications;
• forwarding the request to relevant specialists, where the User has consented to such transfer;
• ensuring security, analytics, improving the service and complying with legal requirements.

Disclosure to third parties

The Operator may share data with specialists and partners for case evaluation and contact with the User, as well as with payment, technical, email, analytics, AI and infrastructure services to the extent necessary to operate Reloqueen.

Validity and withdrawal

This consent is valid from the date it is given until it is withdrawn by the User, or until the purposes of processing are achieved, unless a different retention period is set by law, the public offer or the privacy policy. Consent can be withdrawn by email: e.zelenova19@gmail.com.
